Marc Randell is Senior Consultant in ACIL Tasman's Brisbane office specialising in minerals and energy economics. His work in this area has included analysis of taxation and royalty policy, provision and pricing of infrastructure, industry regulation, project evaluation, and commodity outlooks and price analyses. He has experience in assessing future electricity requirements, evaluating capital investment plans, and developing corporate and marketing plans for the Queensland electricity supply industry.
