Jim is an Economic Consultant in ACIL Tasman’s Melbourne office.
He has a strong background in the application of economic, financial and econometric modelling techniques in the analysis of economic problems and issues.
At ACIL Tasman he has worked on projects spanning a range of sectors, including water, transport, health, housing and energy. Prior to joining ACIL Tasman, Jim spent 5 years working in Federal Government with the Australian Bureau of Statistics where his role involved the development and analysis of complex economy wide statistical surveys.
Jim holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Economics from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance and Investment from the Securities Institute of Australia.
