Jessica Crombie is an ACIL Tasman Consultant in the Perth office.

Jessica has economic analysis and business planning experience with both government and the private sector. At the Department of Treasury and Finance, Jessica undertook economic and statistical analysis, and prepared advice for senior staff on a range of macro- and micro-economic matters, including:

  • labour market and related policies
  • Material for quarterly economic publications and Budget papers
  • Government procurement arrangements.

As a business analysis with a management consulting firm, Jessica undertook a range of assignments:
  • analysis of the Western Australian electricity generation market to assess the competitive landscape and assist with strategic decisions
  • development of a mining evaluation model which involved taking into consideration capital and operating expenditure trade-offs
  • involvement in a business change project for a mining company including the development of design, tracking and monitoring tools
  • the development of a 2 year budgeting model for an organisation with over 9,000 employees which required the model to accommodate for employee specific remuneration arrangements
  • research into Pilbara mining operations as well as port and rail infrastructure to assist a junior mining company decide on the location of their port.


Jessica has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from UWA (2006) with First Class Honours [Money and Banking (Economics)].
