Paul Breslin is a Senior Associate of ACIL Tasman Pty Ltd and head of ACIL Tasman's extensive energy practice. He specialises in energy and resource markets and has worked in the areas of policy analysis, business regulation, competition policy and the commercial analysis of markets to inform business decisions. He frequently leads ACIL Tasman's energy modeling team in undertaking detailed modeling and analysis of Australian and overseas electricity and gas markets.
