ACIL Tasman has prepared a report -'Initiating and Supporting Major Economic Infrastructure for State Development: Defining the Issues', for the WA Technology and Industry Advisory Council

 

ACIL Tasman, with Charles Darwin University, has been selected to conduct a study to identify regional transport and other infrastructure improvements that would enhance development opportunities in the minerals region situated in the northern coastal area of the Northern Territory, between Darwin and the Queensland border

 

The Department of Industry, Tourism and Resources on behalf of the National Oil Supplies Emergency Committee (NOSEC), has initiated a review into the Liquid Fuel Emergency Act 1984 and associated operational arrangements. ACIL Tasman in conjunction with Piper Alderman is undertakng the review on behalf of the Department which includes a review of the current legislative and operational frameworks for responding to a liquid fuel supply shortfall

 

ACIL Tasman consolidates its experience in the minerals industry in Western Australia and the Northern Territory through the West Kimberley Resource Development Study. This work parallels the work ACIL Tasman completed in the East Kimberley-Tanami Regional Minerals Study

 

ACIL Tasman, in collaboration with Murdoch University, is drafting a medium term business plan for the Australia-China Business Council (ACBC), the country's main private sector body for promoting business links between Australia and China

The Australian Government recently commissioned Professor Warren Hogan to review Aged Care policies and costs. As part of the 2004/05 Budget, the Government released the Hogan Report and indicated that it had adopted some recommendations, while deferring decisions on others, pending further consultation. ACIL Tasman was engaged by the Aged Care Review Panel to research a variety of important issue
