Chris
is a consultant in ACIL Tasman’s Melbourne
office. His primary role involves
quantitative analysis, financial and
economic modelling and analysis in
regulated sectors including electricity,
water and sewerage, transport, postal
services and broadband.
Chris has built a number of complex
financial and economic models, including
financial models used for regulatory
price setting in electricity retail
and distribution, water and sewerage
and postal services. Chris has also
built models to assess the optimum
portfolio of investments in recycled
water schemes to provide system security
at least cost, models to forecast
modal share on transport routes and
models of policy scenarios in health,
education, transport and the environment.
He has also performed policy analysis
in the electricity, water, aged care,
transport and biotechnology sectors.
Chris is a member of the Institute
of Chartered Accountants of England
and Wales and of the Economic Society
of Australia. He holds Bachelor and
Master of Science degrees in economics.
