Sue has
also worked on a range of competition
issues, including access pricing for
bottleneck facilities and innovative
tariffs. Sue has constructed detailed
access pricing models to examine the
competitive implications of alternative
access pricing schemes. She has also
built spreadsheet models of tariff
basket price controls, as well as
models designed to enable utilities
to examine the implication of innovative
tariffs for likely future revenues.
Prior to
working with ACIL Tasman Australia,
Sue worked with London Economics in
Australia and the UK. Previously Sue
worked for NERA (London) and the Institute
for Fiscal Studies.
