James Fogarty
joined ACIL Tasman in 2006, and is
a consultant in the Perth office.
James has a PhD in Economics, and
prior to joining ACIL Tasman he lectured
in microeconomic theory and applied
microeconomics at the University of
Western Australia.
The research he completed while at
the University of Western Australia
was primarily concerned with consumer
demand analysis, the pricing of agricultural
products, and application of finance
theory to alternate asset classes.
His research has since been published
in internationally regarded economic
journals.
With a background in academia, James
is able to draw on his knowledge of
underlying economic theory to set
out answers to economic problems quickly,
logically, and rigorously.
James is a member of the Australian
Economic Society, and the American
Association of Wine Economists.
